This Money-Back Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the HeyBabe: AI Girlfriend Chat GF application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Mary Gill ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase. By purchasing a subscription or any other paid feature, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. GeneralWe strive to provide the best possible experience for all our users. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we have established this Policy to address refund requests in a fair and transparent manner.
2. Web-Based Purchases (Stripe) 2.1 Money-Back GuaranteeFor subscriptions purchased through our Website (processed by Stripe), we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 3 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
2.2 EligibilityTo be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase.
  • The request must be sent via email to admin@myaigirlfriend.fun.
  • You must provide the email address associated with your account and the transaction details (date of purchase, amount charged).
  • The money-back guarantee applies only to the first purchase. Renewal charges and subsequent purchases are not eligible.
2.3 ProcessingOnce we receive your valid refund request, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
2.4 Account TerminationUpon processing your refund, your subscription will be canceled, and your access to paid features will be revoked immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted at our discretion.
3. In-App Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) 3.1 Store Policies ApplyFor subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policies of the respective platform apply. We do not process refunds for purchases made through these stores.

3.3 Our RoleWhile we cannot process refunds for in-app purchases, we are happy to assist you with any technical issues or concerns related to the Service. Please contact us at admin@myaigirlfriend.fun.
4. Non-Refundable ItemsThe following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
  • Partial subscription periods (e.g., if you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund).
  • Renewal charges after the initial money-back guarantee period has expired.
  • Purchases where the money-back guarantee period (3 days) has elapsed.
  • Virtual goods, credits, tokens, or any one-time in-app purchases consumed within the Service.
  • Subscriptions or purchases that have been subject to a chargeback or dispute filed with your bank or card issuer.
5. Subscription Cancellation vs. RefundCanceling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions:
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund reverses a charge and immediately revokes access to paid features.
To cancel your subscription:

  • Apple App Store: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
  • Google Play Store: Go to Google Play > Subscriptions on your device.
6. EU Consumer RightsIf you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer protection law. However, by using the Service and accessing digital content immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Chargebacks and DisputesIf you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate your account immediately.
  • Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation.
  • Deny any future refund requests related to the disputed transaction.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at admin@myaigirlfriend.fun before initiating a chargeback, so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
8. Fraudulent Refund RequestsWe reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith. Repeated refund requests or patterns of abuse may result in account termination.
9. Changes to This PolicyWe reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website and/or within the Application. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
