Mary Gill ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our") operates the HeyBabe: AI Girlfriend Chat GF application (the "Application") and the website https://heybabeapp.com (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service."
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. 1. Entertainment Purpose and AI-Generated ContentThe Service is an AI-powered entertainment application. All characters, personas, and conversations within the Application are entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. No real persons are depicted or represented by any AI character in the Application.
All messages, responses, and interactions produced by AI characters are fictional content created solely for entertainment purposes. The AI does not possess consciousness, emotions, or real-world knowledge about you beyond the data you voluntarily provide during your use of the Service. Any personal information you share within conversations with AI characters is processed solely for the purpose of generating contextually relevant entertainment responses.
We strongly advise you not to share sensitive personal information (such as financial data, government-issued identification numbers, passwords, or medical information) within conversations with AI characters.
  • 2. Information We Collect 2.1 Information You Provide DirectlyAccount Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, username, and profile picture.
  • Subscription and Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription or make an in-app purchase, payment processing is handled by the applicable Application Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), our third-party payment processor for web-based transactions made through the Website. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number or banking information. Stripe may collect your payment card details, billing address, and transaction information in accordance with its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We receive only limited transaction data from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, transaction amount, date, and subscription status.
  • Chat Content: Messages and content you send within the Application when interacting with AI characters. This data is used to provide and improve the Service.
  • Support Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for customer support, including your email address and the content of your messages.
  • 2.2 Information Collected AutomaticallyDevice Information: Device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, browser type, and language settings.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, interaction frequency, session duration, screens viewed, and actions taken within the Application.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, app crashes, and other system activity.
  • Location Data: We may collect approximate (non-precise) location data based on your IP address.

  • Payment Processor (Stripe): For web-based purchases, Stripe processes your payment and may share limited transaction data with us (e.g., transaction ID, subscription status, last four digits of your card, country).   • Authentication Providers: If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In), we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from that service.
